WHAT I'VE BEEN UP TO
Fam, it's been a minute.
I've been away for such a long time😩I missed this space so much while I was away.
But all of that is done now, I'm back and here to stay💃and I'm grateful to God for the past few weeks, for me, you and everything.
Happy New Month y'all 😉, I missed this so much.
Okay, now that I'm back, I think it's only fair I give y'all a little of what I've been up to.
After the long compulsory break, I wanted to catch up on allllllll of what I missed and what better way than seeing the hottest movie in Nigeria right now?👏🔥🔥
I won't even give you a second to guess it, I know you already did😂and you're right!
I saw Netflix's first Nigerian Original TV Series, Blood Sisters.
Thing is, before seeing this movie, there had been so much hype built around it, so many good reviews, some bad, little spoilers here and there, and I honestly didn't want to raise my hopes too high so I won't be disappointed if the movie wasn't up to my expectations. I'm glad to say it wasn't so in this movie series.
Was it the whole cinematography process? The location choices?(The movie was set here in Lagos, amazing!), The editing, the sound, everything about the visual elements… it was all beautiful. And the Actors, oh God! You really need to see this if you haven't!
How proud I am of Nollywood 👏🔥
This particular movie series, Blood Sisters is a Four-part thriller that was directed by Biyi Bandele, from prolific producer, Mo Abudu's Ebony Life Studios. The crime-drama series is mind blowing, full of unexpected discoveries, anguish, terror, dark humor, revenge, murder… it's so unexpected it keeps you on your toes all through.
Yes, there were some loopholes in the storyline but of course, it can't be absolutely perfect.
I, honestly enjoyed and loved the movie, it's an excellent one and I'd rate it a 9/10.
I think it was only befitting I wrote a review on this movie, you can check it out here🙏❤️

I enjoyed blood sisters. Uduak was fascinating to watch. Uncle B had this peculiar aura. I feel the assassin exposing himself and getting defeated by a man in agbada shouldn't have been so.
ReplyDeleteYessssssss, I love this!
DeleteThat was exactly what I said in my review.
Thank you so much. ❤️
